What we collect and why
- Estimate and contact form: your name, phone, email, property address and zip code, the service you need, how you want us to contact you, and any photos you choose to send. We use them to answer you, give you an estimate, schedule and do the job, and handle any warranty claim.
- Document requests (for example, our insurance certificate): what you put in your email or message, such as your name, company and where to send it, so Eli can send you the document.
- Job applicant skills test (Opportunities page): your name, email, phone, your test answers and how long you took, to consider you for work.
- Messages: texts, emails, WhatsApp messages and calls you send us about your job.
- Website logs: our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security. We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics.
Where it goes
Our forms don't send anything through this website. Each one opens your own email app (or WhatsApp) with a message to Eli, and nothing reaches him until you send it. The site is hosted by Bluehost. We use Google Workspace for email and WhatsApp for messages. We don't sell or share your information for advertising.
How long we keep it
- Estimate requests that don't become a job: up to 2 years after we last talk.
- Job applicant details: up to 1 year.
Then we delete them.
