Clogs
Clogs are covered only on gutter runs where we installed a gutter guard (leaf guard) system. If debris our guard should have kept out clogs a guarded run, that is covered.
Without a guard installed by us, clogs and routine cleaning are not covered. Drain tile clogs are never covered.
What it does not cover
- Drain tile and underground drain lines, including clogs in them
- Storms, hail, falling trees or limbs
- Ice dams and heavy snow loads
- Roof work or other trades after our install
- Ladders leaned on the gutters, or other impacts
- Settling or rot of fascia or framing we did not replace
- Pests
- Routine cleaning
- Work done or changed by someone else
- Normal weathering and fading of the finish
Materials
We check every piece of gutter, coil and hardware as it goes up, and anything with a flaw does not go on your house. The materials also carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which passes to you. We help you use it if you ever need to.
If you sell your home
The warranty stays with the house for the rest of the 2 years.
What we do
We inspect the problem. If it is covered, we repair or adjust the affected work at no charge. Our promise is to repair our work.
