These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website seamlessgutterslayers.com (the "Website") operated by Eli Buss, doing business as Seamless Gutter SLAYERS ("Eli," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Seamless Gutter SLAYERS provides seamless gutter installation, gutter repair, fascia and soffit work, leaf guard installation, downspout and drainage solutions, and annual maintenance services for residential and commercial properties in the Knoxville and East Tennessee area. This Website provides information about these services and allows visitors to request estimates and download business documents.

2. Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates provided through this Website, by phone, or in person are non-binding and provided for informational purposes only until a written agreement is executed by both parties.
• Final pricing may vary from estimates based on actual site conditions discovered during inspection. Eli will communicate any material changes before proceeding with work.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.
• We provide honest, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. The scope of work, materials, and pricing will be clearly documented before any work begins.

3. The No Lie, Eli Warranty

• What it covers: for 2 years from the day the job is finished, Seamless Gutter SLAYERS warrants its workmanship on gutters it installs.
• Materials: Eli inspects every piece of gutter, coil and hardware when he installs it, and anything with a flaw doesn't go on your house. The materials also carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which passes to you; Eli helps you use it if you ever need to.
• What it does not cover: storm, hail, falling trees or other acts of nature; ice dams; damage from ladders or other trades; changes or repairs made by someone else; normal wear and fading.
• If you sell your home, the warranty stays with the house for the rest of the 2 years.
• To make a claim, contact Eli (section 14 below) with your address and a photo.

Your written estimate or invoice states the warranty for your job. If it differs from this page, the written document controls.

4. Service Area

We serve Knoxville, Maryville, Alcoa, Farragut, Oak Ridge, Powell, Clinton, Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and surrounding East Tennessee communities in Knox, Blount, Anderson, and Sevier counties. Service availability in specific locations may vary. Contact Eli to confirm service availability in your area.

10. Tennessee Consumer Protection

These Terms are subject to the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act (Tenn. Code Ann. § 47-18-101 et seq.). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Tennessee consumer protection laws, including the right to file a complaint with the Tennessee Division of Consumer Affairs.

11. Business Information

Seamless Gutter SLAYERS is owned and run by Eli Buss in Knoxville, Tennessee. Eli has completed OSHA 10-Hour Construction safety training and has more than 20 years of experience installing seamless gutters. Seamless Gutter SLAYERS carries general liability insurance; a certificate of insurance is available on request.

Some jobs need a permit or a license depending on where you live and the size of the job. Before you sign, Eli will tell you whether your job needs either and who will get it.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
