Seamless Gutter SLAYERS offers The No Lie, Eli Warranty — a 10-year warranty on qualifying installations, the highest in the gutter industry. Warranty terms:

• Covers defects in workmanship and materials for gutter installations performed by Eli
• Does not cover damage caused by acts of nature, neglect, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear
• Warranty is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Eli will inspect the issue and make it right at no additional cost if the claim is valid

Tennessee does not require a state-level contractor license for projects under $25,000, though local permits may apply depending on your municipality. Eli will advise on permit requirements for your specific project.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Severability
